Dulce de leche, was the most intriguing recipe I stumbled upon researching Argentina cuisine. Once, I taste it in Argentina restaurant in Milan, and it was honey type sweet liquid tasting similar to caramelized sugar but more soft and rounded in taste. Basically it is milk and sugar you have to cook until heavily reduced to the desired consistancy. Some resources on Internet claim
